GCMHP conducted an awareness session for men titled "Psychological Balance”, targeted a group of 23 men and was part of GCMHP's ongoing efforts to promote diverse social awareness within the community.
The session aimed to help participants understand the importance of psychological balance in coping with daily life pressures and to equip them with healthy coping skills for managing various emotions and challenges. It addressed key topics, including the concept of mental well-being and its impact on men, emphasizing the role of psychological satisfaction and daily responsibilities in achieving mental health. The workshop also covered healthy emotional and affective management, the importance of expressing feelings and seeking support when needed, and the role of healthy eating habits and emotional release in achieving psychological balance.
The session highlighted the role of social relationships and psychological support in achieving stress.
The participants actively engaged in the session, discussing the challenges men face in their daily lives and sharing real-life experiences and different approaches to managing creativity and life responsibilities.
