GCMHP conducted professional supervision sessions for its staff as part of the project "Improving the Availability of Youth and their Caregivers to Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Quality Services in Gaza Strip." This project was implemented in partnership with the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation - Enabel, and funded by the Belgian Government.
These sessions are part of GCMHP's efforts to enhance the capacities and resilience of mental health professionals. They were conducted as part of a series of professional supervision sessions targeting staff working in community centers and GCMHP-affiliated "Hope Points" in the Gaza, Middle, and Khan Younis governorates.
The sessions aim to provide a safe and structured space for participants to exchange professional experiences and expertise, and to enhance their skills in providing psychological and emotional support. This, in turn, helps reduce burnout and stress, and strengthens their resilience and ability to continue providing high-quality psychosocial services to beneficiaries.
