GCMHP has initiated on Sunday, October 30, 2022, a new training course
in self-care and stress management, in cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee
The course, which lasts for three days, with a total of 15 training
hours, includes several topics, the most important of which are: Identifying
psychological stress: concept, sources and types, and self-care techniques. It
also includes a groups of practical exercises for stress relief.
The training is provided by a group of
specialists working at GCMHP. This training comes within the framework of a
comprehensive training programme that is targeting male and female teachers and
is conducted in partnership with the NRC and aims to improve teachers’ and
counsellors’ psychological wellbeing and provide them with skills life stressors.
