GCMHP conducted an awareness session for women entitled "Managing Stress and Enhancing Positive Coping Mechanisms," with the participation of 29 women.
The session addressed the concept of stress, its most prominent symptoms and causes, and discussed methods for reducing stress and enhancing positive coping skills in facing daily challenges.
The session included an interactive activity entitled "I Can and I Can't," where the women shared their feelings and discussed the methods, they use to deal with the stress they face, which contributed to fostering interaction and the exchange of experiences.
At the end of the session, a "Positive Messages" activity was conducted, which aimed to provide messages of support and psychological reinforcement to the participants. Overall, the session contributed to creating a safe environment that encouraged expression, participation, and the exchange of support among the women.
