“GCMHP conducted an awareness session for women on promoting women's mental health.”

As part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness about mental health among various segments of society, GCMHP conducted an awareness session entitled "How Women Can Maintain Their Mental Health." The session targeted 50 women, aiming to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and encourage women to seek support in a timely manner.

The session addressed several key topics related to women's mental health, most notably the concept of mental health and its impact on their lives, the daily pressures women may face in the workplace, family, and social relationships, and effective methods for coping with stress and anxiety. The importance of social support and building positive relationships was also highlighted, along with the role of self-care in promoting psychological balance and well-being.

The session witnessed significant interaction from the participants, who expressed great interest in the topic of mental health. They asked questions about mental disorders and how to deal with them, and shared personal experiences that led some of them to consider seeking help for the first time.
